Project-Based Financial Planning
What Is Provided
This service is intended to help you create a comprehensive financial plan: a roadmap for your future financial decision-making. Toole Financial provides goal-centered financial planning and advice about all aspects of your finances. We help you identify what’s most important to you, and then identify a path to get there. We do not accept investments or manage money. Rather, we charge a flat hourly fee to analyze your situation and opportunities. We will guide you to greater clarity and confidence in your ongoing financial wellness journey.
The complexity of your plan will influence the number of hours required. After the initial free consultation, Toole Financial will provide an estimate of the hours expected. The process will typically take 45–90 days. For married couples, both must be involved in the process (at a minimum for goal setting and meetings).

Fees
$1000 initial payment for first 5 hours*
$200 each additional hour.
Estimated Total Cost/Time: $1600–$2400 (8–12 hours)

*If for any reason you do not wish to continue after the first meeting, Toole Financial will refund the initial deposit less one hour of meeting time spent to date.

The steps in the process are:
-
First meeting after the free consultation to understand your personal and financial circumstances and prioritize goals
-
Analyze your current course of action and potential alternative courses of action
-
Develop the initial financial planning recommendations
-
Review those recommendations and discuss options and tradeoffs during a second meeting
-
Finalize the recommendations and review the written plan in a final meeting
Upon completion of this process, you may decide you no longer need support. Or, you can become a member of Toole Financial, which will provide you with ongoing financial planning. With ongoing financial planning, you will receive continued access and assistance in order to monitor progress and adjust the plan as necessary as you implement recommendations. The membership option will be discussed during step one and at the final meeting (learn more here).
There is no obligation for you to continue with a membership, and in some cases, Toole Financial may even recommend that this service is not needed if you have limited action items and few anticipated changes over the next several years.
